About the role πŸ’­

We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our team as we aim to double the size of our GTM org this year. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring we attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency.




This role is best suited for someone who will be able to handle the dynamic nature of a high-growth startup, and have creativity around how/where to source strong talent. We operate as a lean team, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about growing teams remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to balance long-term focus with practical day-to-day execution.Β 

Responsibilities βœ”οΈ

- Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates.

- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.

- Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.

- Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.
