The Recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across a broad range of roles and seniority levels in a dynamic professional-services environment.You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.From sourcing and screening through interviews and offers, you will own searches and help ensure a smooth, organized hiring process.The role combines hands-on talent acquisition with market insight, candidate assessment, and strong stakeholder partnership.You will build pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill positions while proactively engaging both active and passive candidates.A strong focus on candidate experience, communication, accuracy, and follow-through will be essential to your success.This is a fully remote, 12-month temporary assignment offering an anticipated schedule of 30–40 hours per week.
