Recovery, Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recovery Representative based in Canada. This fully remote role supports customers with past-due accounts by providing practical payment solutions and recovery options.You’ll act as a trusted advisor while helping reduce credit losses and resolve complex account situations professionally.The position covers a range of recovery activities, including delinquent accounts, insurance tracking, bankruptcies, charged-off accounts, and total-loss processes.You’ll collaborate with customers, dealers, insurance providers, collection agencies, and internal teams to move cases toward resolution.Success requires sound judgment, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive financial matters.You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, and effective communication are essential.This is an opportunity to contribute directly to customer outcomes while supporting efficient and responsible financial recovery operations.
