As a Real Estate Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll oversee property maintenance projects from initial request through completion, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.You’ll communicate daily with tenants, vendors, property stakeholders, and business owners in both English and Spanish.The role combines customer service, project coordination, problem-solving, and detailed administrative organization.You’ll manage work orders, maintain project dashboards, track repair progress, and ensure stakeholders receive timely updates.Success in this position requires someone who can work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and take initiative when unexpected issues arise.You’ll work remotely with a distributed team and use a range of property management, project management, and communication platforms.This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys helping people and improving operational processes.
