RCM Implementation Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RCM Implementation Account Manager based in United States. As an RCM Implementation Account Manager, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of new healthcare clients from initial kickoff through go-live and stabilization. You’ll apply your expertise in physician revenue cycle management to translate client workflows and requirements into effective billing configurations and operational processes. The role combines client relationship management, implementation project management, healthcare technology, and revenue cycle expertise. You’ll coordinate closely with cross-functional teams spanning operations, coding, credentialing, IT, EDI, finance, and account management. Your work will help identify risks early, ensure implementation readiness, and establish strong operational foundations for long-term client success. You’ll also monitor post-go-live performance and use data-driven insights to address issues and improve revenue cycle outcomes.
