To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We exist to improve Engineering & Product leaders’ understanding and decision-making on how to efficiently and effectively manage Snowflake’s R&D business. Our North Star is to provide trusted partnership via sharing of reliable metrics, inferring actionable insights, catalyzing strategic investment decisions and accelerating operational efficiency across R&D and Finance.

Our team operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and R&D execution - partnering closely with Engineering & Product, Technical Program Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Human Resources, Recruiting and Snowflake’s Executive Leadership to ensure that R&D investments are efficient, effective and aligned to Snowflake’s growth priorities.

This is an early-in-career role supporting the Product Finance team, offering hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, and business partnership with a fast-paced R&D organization. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners, developing the skills to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve processes. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong analytical curiosity who wants to grow into a strategic finance partner over time.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- Bachelor’s Degree: In Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience: background in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting

- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
