QuickBooks Financial Controller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QuickBooks Financial Controller based in Brazil. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced accounting professional ready to take ownership of a company’s financial operations.You will report directly to the CFO and play a central role in strengthening and professionalizing the finance function.The position offers significant responsibility across the General Ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, cash management, and accounting controls.A key part of the role will be helping transition accounting activities from an external provider to a fully in-house operation.You will also become the internal QuickBooks expert, configuring and optimizing the platform to support business and reporting needs.The role combines hands-on accounting with team oversight, operational support, and collaboration with U.S.-based colleagues and clients.It is an ideal opportunity for an independent, highly detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and values meaningful ownership.
