You will bring rigorous quantitative analysis to qualitative research, journey management, and customer experience programs. Your work will help quantify customer pain points, size opportunities, and translate research findings into measurable business impact. You will build frameworks that connect customer signals, behavioral data, and business outcomes to support confident prioritization.
