Quality Facilities & Equipment Validations Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Quality Facilities & Equipment Validations Specialist based in United States. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for facility, equipment, temperature mapping, and shipping validation programs within a highly regulated pharmacy environment. You will establish and maintain a structured, inspection-ready validation program that supports regulatory compliance, product quality, and business growth. The position combines hands-on validation expertise with technical writing, documentation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Quality, Pharmacy, Operations, Facilities, and Engineering teams to ensure equipment, facilities, systems, and processes remain properly qualified. Your work will help identify validation gaps, maintain compliance deadlines, and strengthen overall operational readiness. This is a remote opportunity for a U.S.-based professional, with travel to facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, and industry conferences as needed.
