Quality Engineering & Testing Lead

This leadership role owns the enterprise testing strategy for a complex software platform supporting Agile development and phased releases.You will establish and mature a comprehensive Quality Engineering practice covering functional, integration, system, regression, automation, performance, UAT, and stakeholder testing.The role combines strategic quality leadership with hands-on governance of testing frameworks, release readiness, defect management, and quality metrics.You will coordinate internal, contractor, business-user, and external testing resources to ensure consistent execution across the delivery lifecycle.Your work will directly influence the quality, reliability, and readiness of software releases through clear standards and measurable quality criteria.You will also strengthen automated testing capabilities and promote efficient, repeatable testing practices across development teams.This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced quality leader who enjoys building testing or...
