What You'll Do


  • Lead the full spectrum of primary market research activities on pharmaceutical and healthcare projects, from proposal and research design to data collection, analysis, and presentation.
  • Conduct qualitative research, including writing discussion guides and moderating interviews with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Synthesize and present insights in clear, actionable reports to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and trust.
  • General repeat business through exceptional client service and project delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless project execution.


What You'll Bring


  • 6+ years of qualitative market research experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, gained at supplier-side and client-side companies.
  • Experience managing and executing all aspects of primary market research, including proposal design and presenting to clients.
  • Moderating experience with HCPs and patients is a plus.
  • Strong client management skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with oncology-focused studies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, an advanced degree is a plus.

Salary Range Up to $145k, depending on skills and experience.
