QA / Test Automation Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA / Test Automation Engineer based in the United States. As a Mid-Level QA / Test Automation Engineer, you will help ensure the reliability and release readiness of modern Java-based applications hosted in AWS.You will combine manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale software modernization program within an agile, cloud-focused environment.You will translate requirements and acceptance criteria into thorough test strategies, identify quality risks, and validate fixes throughout the development lifecycle.Working alongside developers, product, DevSecOps, security, data, and business teams, you will help build dependable and secure software.Your work will also support reusable automation, CI/CD quality gates, test coverage, and continuous improvements to testing practices.This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced QA professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems and improving software quality.
