QA Supervisor

This is a fully remote quality leadership role focused on U.S. criminal background screening and public records research.You will lead quality auditors and coaches while ensuring comprehensive audit coverage, timely feedback, and consistent decision-making.The role combines people leadership with deep expertise in court records, legal terminology, reportability rules, and compliance requirements.You will drive calibration sessions, investigate recurring defects, and translate quality findings into measurable improvements.Working closely with Operations, Training, Compliance, and Client Services, you will serve as a key quality partner across the business.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced quality professional who is analytical, highly detail-oriented, and confident making evidence-based decisions.The position offers a strong opportunity to influence quality standards, develop teams, and strengthen U.S. background screening operations.
