This role is focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of a modern SaaS platform supporting the life sciences industry.You will combine hands-on manual testing with automated quality practices to identify issues and strengthen software delivery.The position offers significant ownership, giving you the opportunity to shape QA processes and improve testing efficiency with minimal oversight.You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams to align on requirements and expected behavior.The role also encourages exploration of emerging QA technologies, including AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based testing approaches.You will contribute to CI/CD integration, regression and performance testing, and continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle.This is an opportunity for a curious, analytical QA professional to directly influence product quality while helping define the future of modern software testing.
