Python Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Python Engineer based in Brazil. Join a globally distributed engineering environment where Python is used to build reliable, maintainable, and high-quality software across a broad open-source technology ecosystem. In this role, you may contribute to products spanning server infrastructure, Kubernetes, desktop applications, web services, utilities, frameworks, and production tooling. You will work alongside engineers across different time zones, contributing to technically ambitious projects and solving complex engineering challenges. Beyond writing code, you will help shape software quality through testing, documentation, performance, and thoughtful design. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to open-source communities and influence technical practices beyond your immediate team. You will have the autonomy to work remotely while collaborating with colleagues and communities around the world.
