Public Sector RFP Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Public Sector RFP Specialist based in Canada. This role leads strategic proposal responses for complex public-sector opportunities across North America. You will own the response process from solicitation analysis and strategy through content development, stakeholder coordination, and final submission. The position combines proposal management, public-sector procurement knowledge, persuasive writing, project coordination, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with sales leaders, executives, subject matter experts, product, services, and other teams to develop accurate and compelling responses. Your work will directly influence how prospective public-sector customers evaluate solutions and capabilities.
