This is a customer-facing professional services role focused on delivering and supporting complex cloud-based customer experience solutions. You will work across implementation, technical consulting, troubleshooting, testing, and post-production support. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with close collaboration across customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to strategic and large-scale engagements while helping ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
