Provider Relations Account Manager

This is a mission-critical provider relations role supporting a federal healthcare program serving 9/11 responders and survivors.You will act as the primary operational liaison between the program’s third-party administrator and its Clinical Centers of Excellence (CCEs).The role combines executive-level relationship management, provider network operations, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement.You will serve as a subject matter expert on CCE workflows, operational requirements, and provider needs across all eight centers.Working closely with Benefits Administration, Member Services, Claims, Provider Network Management, and Operations, you will help ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of complex issues.You will also lead business reviews, support data and reporting initiatives, manage escalations, and contribute to improvements that enhance the experience of program members.This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced health...
