Job Summary:
The Proposal Manager will develop custom and complex Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP) for clients. In this role, they will thoughtfully craft proposals to support the Sales team in illustrating the SmithRx value proposition to potential clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. They will interface with internal teams across the organization (Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, Account Management, etc.) to gain an in-depth understanding of SmithRx to accurately represent services.. During the RFP off-season, the Enterprise Proposal Writer will cross-train and contribute to other areas of SmithRx that are in need, such as implementation or contracting.
