Proposal Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Proposal Manager based in United States. This role is responsible for leading complex Federal proposal efforts that directly support business growth and competitive positioning.You will manage major strategic pursuits valued at $100M–$300M+ while simultaneously coordinating task orders, BPAs, IDIQs, and rapid-turn opportunities.The position combines disciplined proposal management with hands-on writing, editing, compliance, facilitation, and production responsibilities.You will translate solicitation requirements, customer insights, win themes, and technical solutions into compelling, evaluator-focused proposals.Working across capture, technical, pricing, contracts, recruiting, and executive teams, you will coordinate diverse contributors and maintain momentum under tight deadlines.You will also help strengthen and scale capture-to-proposal processes, tools, templates, review practices, and performance metrics.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Federal proposal professional who thrives in complex, high-volume environments and ca...
