Proposal & Bid Manager – Enterprise & Government Contracts

Our partner is looking for a Proposal & Bid Manager - Enterprise & Government Contracts based in Canada. This role is responsible for leading complex proposal and bid processes across enterprise, mid-market, government, and public-sector opportunities. You will own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, procurement questionnaires, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Acting as a central project manager, you will coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Security, Compliance, Operations, and executive stakeholders. You will transform complex technical, commercial, and compliance information into compelling, customer-specific proposals designed to win business. The role combines strategic commercial thinking with exceptional writing, organization, and project leadership. You will also build scalable proposal processes, content libraries, and performance frameworks to support continued growth in enterprise and government markets.
