This is an opportunity to support a growing portfolio of property projects across Victoria, spanning new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and site improvements.You will work alongside experienced project managers, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.The role combines project coordination, governance, documentation, financial administration, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.You will help establish strong project controls while monitoring schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.Your work will directly contribute to projects that improve workplaces, facilities, and the environments supporting essential community services.The position offers exposure to diverse property initiatives and an opportunity to strengthen your project management capabilities.With flexible working arrangements and a collaborative environment, it is well suited to an organised, proactive professional who enjoys making complex projects run smoothly.
