Property Preservation Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage or real estate professional with strong expertise in property preservation and default servicing.You will oversee preservation activities across a portfolio of properties, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with investor and agency requirements.The position combines vendor management, property condition monitoring, claims coordination, and foreclosure-related activities.You will work closely with vendors, attorneys, internal teams, and clients to resolve property issues and keep cases moving toward timely resolution.Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines will be essential.You will also contribute to reporting, process improvement, and the development of junior team members.This is a remote opportunity offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting a critical part of the mortgage servicing lifecycle.
