Property Field Appraiser

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Property Field Appraiser based in Canada. This role supports property appraisal and investigative activities throughout the claims resolution process.You will assess property damage, review repair estimates, and help ensure costs and work remain aligned with established standards.The position combines field expertise, construction knowledge, investigation, and analytical decision-making.You will work closely with contractors, providing guidance on complex restoration and repair matters.The role also offers opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methods across property claims operations.You will contribute to efficient, high-quality claim outcomes while working primarily remotely.Travel across the Kingston, Ottawa, and surrounding areas is required, along with occasional emergency support for restoration partners.
