This role is focused on strengthening product visibility and driving sales performance directly at the point of sale.You’ll visit retail stores across the agreed route, ensuring products are correctly stocked, priced, displayed, and promoted.The position combines hands-on merchandising with close attention to customer needs, store execution, and commercial opportunities.You’ll work with planograms, promotional materials, extra displays, inventory, and shelf organization to maximize product presence.Success in the role requires energy, organization, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced retail environment.You’ll also contribute to field KPIs and annual objectives while building strong relationships with store teams and customers.This is a 100% on-site position with potential routes across stores in the Sinop region.
