Project Scheduler

Position Description

We are seeking a disciplined and analytical Project Scheduler to be embedded within Oklo capital project teams and support the delivery of advanced energy and infrastructure projects. This role will develop, maintain, and analyze the integrated project schedule across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. The Project Scheduler will provide an objective schedule perspective, challenge assumptions constructively, and ensure that forecast dates, logic, and progress reflect the project's execution reality.

The Project Scheduler will partner closely with the Project Manager, Project Controller, Project Sponsor, functional leads, and external vendors to establish executable plans, identify critical and near-critical paths, evaluate schedule impacts, and support timely recovery decisions. This role interfaces directly with EPCs and other vendors to integrate external schedules, validate progress, and h...
