Project Manager, Service Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Service Delivery based in United States. As a Project Manager within the Service Delivery team, you will take ownership of business customer orders from initiation through successful completion, creating a seamless delivery experience with fewer departmental handoffs. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party providers while keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines hands-on telecommunications expertise with structured project management and customer-facing communication. You will oversee services including Internet circuits, Hosted VoIP, number porting, and SD-WAN implementations. Success requires strong organization, clear documentation, and the ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities.
