Project Manager-Retail Construction

This role offers the opportunity to lead commercial real estate projects for a major retail client, from initial planning through construction, occupancy, and closeout.You will manage retail fit-outs and relocations while serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.The position combines project strategy, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction coordination, risk management, and quality control.You will work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and financial targets.The role is remote, with approximately 25% travel to client sites across the United States.Success requires strong commercial construction knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions.You will also contribute to team development by sharing expertise, mentoring colleagues, and helping deliver consistently high-quality project outcomes.
