Project Manager - Marketing & Creative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager - Marketing & Creative based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact marketing and creative projects across multiple direct-to-consumer brands.You will coordinate campaigns, product launches, creative production, and day-to-day marketing operations while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward.A key focus of the role is TikTok Shop, including campaigns, creators, affiliates, and user-generated content.You’ll work across paid media, social media, e-commerce, creative, and operational teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables.The position requires strong project ownership, attention to deadlines, and the ability to identify bottlenecks before they affect execution.You’ll also help improve workflows and ensure launches are coordinated effectively across Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop.This is a remote opportunity suited to an organized, proactive project manager with hands-on DTC and e-commerce experience.
