Project Manager / Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager / Implementation Specialist based in Canada. This role leads the successful deployment of GPS and telematics solutions for fleet customers across North America.You will manage implementation projects end to end, from initial kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, deployment, training, and go-live.As the primary customer contact, you will build trusted relationships while coordinating technical teams, installation partners, and internal stakeholders.The position combines project management, customer engagement, technical troubleshooting, and solution enablement.You will help customers translate operational needs into effective technology solutions while identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.The role offers exposure to pilots, large-scale deployments, and post-implementation optimization in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.Success means delivering projects on time and within scope while achieving strong adoption and customer satisfaction.
