Project Manager, HR Operations

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex HR technology and operational initiatives within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.You will own projects from planning through implementation, ensuring HR systems, processes, and workflows are delivered effectively and sustainably.Working across People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinated execution.The position combines structured project management with process improvement, change management, automation, and HR technology.You’ll help identify operational gaps and introduce solutions that improve efficiency, information flow, and employee experiences.With significant cross-functional exposure, the role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex initiatives and driving projects from concept to successful adoption.
