Project Lead (Performance Marketing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Lead (Performance Marketing) based in Mexico. As a Project Lead, you will combine advanced performance marketing expertise with project leadership, mentoring, and strategic client partnership. You’ll independently lead complex performance marketing initiatives while helping teams deliver consistently high-quality work and measurable business results. Your experience managing significant media budgets across multiple advertising platforms will allow you to solve challenges through data, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. You’ll also play a key role in developing other marketers through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll anticipate needs, guide strategy, and contribute to sustainable account growth. This is a full-time, permanent, remote-first role with flexible working hours and opportunities to influence both client outcomes and broader performance marketing capabilities.
