Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator (GoHighLevel & ClickUp) Night Shift based in Canada. This fully remote role is ideal for an organized project coordinator who thrives on turning moving pieces into clear, completed deliverables. You’ll coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines, priorities, dependencies, and action items on track. ClickUp will serve as your central project management workspace, while GoHighLevel will support CRM, workflow, pipeline, and client follow-up activities. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability. The role combines project coordination, operations, client communication, and process improvement in a distributed environment.
