Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator based in India. This is a remote opportunity supporting Customer Success and Professional Services teams in a fast-paced technology environment.The role serves as an operational backbone, helping keep project, ticket, documentation, and service workflows organized and on schedule.You will work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to coordinate estimates, meetings, client communications, and project information.The position also provides exposure to services operations, reporting, timesheet management, CRM data quality, and process improvement.It is well suited to an early-career professional who is highly organized, curious, and eager to understand how software projects are delivered.You will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of technical projects while working with distributed teams and multiple digital tools.The role offers a strong foundation for future career paths in project management, customer success, or technical account management.
