Program Manager, Ting Data Products

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Ting Data Products based in the United States. This is a hands-on, customer-facing program management role focused on delivering data products to electric utilities, government agencies, emergency-management organizations, and other institutional customers.You will own customer programs from kickoff through launch and ongoing operation, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track.The role combines customer success, technical coordination, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a growing data-product environment.You will help customers adopt portals, APIs, dashboards, and other data interfaces to turn complex electrical-grid data into actionable insights.Success requires strong organization, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work comfortably with both technical and business stakeholders.You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and subject-matter experts to resolve issues and deliver customer value.This opportunity i...
