PROGRAM LEAD, AI FELLOWSHIP Location: Remote — LatAm / US ROLE OVERVIEW The Program Lead, AI Fellowship owns the curriculum and learning design for Anyone AI’s fellowship program. You are responsible for keeping the program aligned with the latest developments in the AI industry and evolving market demand. You own the overall quality of the fellowship, including slides, exercises, projects, and learning materials. You will also help build and maintain a strong instructor network by sourcing candidates, interviewing them, and ensuring their delivery meets the standards of the program. A PhD or equivalent technical depth in AI is required, ideally combined with hands-on industry or applied research experience, so that the fellowship reflects how AI is actually practiced today. RESPONSIBILITIES CURRICULUM & LEARNING DESIGN Own the fellowship syllabus, including learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, and how individual modules fit together to produce meaningful, practical skill development.
