Program Delivery Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Delivery Lead based in the United States. The Program Delivery Lead will translate strategic priorities into measurable programs that strengthen behavioral health networks and improve access to quality care.This role focuses on both Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations, with responsibility for network performance, provider quality, and value-based initiatives.You’ll work across network teams, market leaders, providers, and internal stakeholders to turn data and strategy into practical improvements.The position combines strategic planning, analytics, provider engagement, program leadership, and operational execution.You’ll develop performance measurement approaches, lead pay-for-performance initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve network effectiveness.Strong relationship management will be essential as you partner with major provider groups and lead joint operating discussions.This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel and significant scope to influence behavioral health outcomes at scale.
