Our partner is looking for a Profissional Tech Lead Harness Engineering /.NET - Sênior based in Brazil. As a Senior Tech Lead, you will lead the technical direction of a squad focused on modernizing legacy systems and building an AI-enabled engineering workflow for a highly regulated financial domain. You will combine software architecture, hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and governance to deliver secure, scalable, and auditable solutions. The role centers on designing .NET microservices, defining robust integration patterns, and establishing strong CI/CD and quality gates. You will also architect an agentic engineering harness spanning discovery, development, testing, review, documentation, and post-merge activities. Working closely with engineering, product, QA, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Legal, and Compliance, you will translate complex technical decisions into clear business outcomes.
