As an AI Security Professional Services Consultant, you will be a hands-on delivery expert for Prisma AIRS, Palo Alto Networks' AI Runtime Security platform. You will deploy, configure, and tune AIRS across cloud and on-premises environments to protect customer AI applications from development through production. Additionally, you will establish scalable delivery patterns and architectures, integrating AI security profiles into complex enterprise application stacks. This role is crucial for driving global adoption and operationalizing AI security best practices.
Plan and execute end-to-end Prisma AIRS deployments across Network, API, Microperimeter, and Kubernetes intercept modes.
Lead full customer onboarding, including license activation, deployment profile creation, and API key lifecycle management.
Integrate AIRS into application stacks via REST APIs, LLM gateway proxies, CI/CD pipelines, and AI developer tools.
Configure and tune AI security profiles for prompt injection, DLP, and guardrails in Strata Cloud Manager.
Deliver Day-2 operations guidance, including dashboard reviews, API key rotation, and iterative detection tuning.
Design LLM gateway security architectures with virtual key management and pre/post-call guardrail configuration.
Extend security to agentic applications by implementing pre-tool-call scanning and defending against indirect prompt injections.
Apply knowledge of LLM threat taxonomies, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
Evaluate fail-open versus fail-close trade-offs and inline scan latency impacts for customer workloads.
Deploy AIRS infrastructure using Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Configure cloud IAM roles and service identities for secure firewall-to-cloud access.
Install and configure Kubernetes CNI for container-level AI traffic inspection and IP tag harvesting.
Deploy panredirect agents on Linux workloads, configuring selective steering rules and systemd persistence.
Build and maintain scalable delivery templates, Terraform architectures, and API integration patterns.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface deployment edge cases and feature gaps.
Deliver enablement workshops on AIRS architecture, threat scenarios, and operational runbooks.
