Product Specialist (EU)

This role combines product expertise, customer success, solution configuration, and consulting within an innovative life sciences environment. You will help customers configure and adopt AI-enabled clinical research software according to their workflows, requirements, and operational needs. The position spans the full customer journey, from solution design and training through implementation, go-live support, and ongoing optimization. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, product feature deployment, and customer reporting. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will translate business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.
