About the Role The Product Sourcing & Development Specialist owns both key pillars of the product pipeline: New Product Development (taking ideas—from off-the-shelf items to multi-component concepts—through spec design, research, and supplier vetting into quoted shortlists) and Product Commercialization (driving approved products through PO tracking, sample approvals, artwork, compliance, and on-time launch).
