THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic voice that transforms our cutting-edge solutions into compelling market narratives. You'll empower our go-to-market teams to articulate how TELUS Digital blends technology, data and human ingenuity to provide unparalleled value to our clients.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for pipeline growth across:
- CX Management: World-class contact center expertise meets AI technology
- Trust & Safety: Intelligent detection and compliance capabilities that protect customers and brands through fraud prevention, content moderation and ID verification.
- Digital: Award-winning design and full-stack engineering capabilities delivering market-leading apps, websites, campaigns – and the systems that power them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate across sales, marketing, web, and analyst channels
- Develop high-impact sales collateral – presentations, brochures, video, microsites – that accelerate deal velocity and win rates
- Design and deliver training that elevates seller confidence and product fluency
- Collaborate with delivery teams to build powerful case studies that showcase tangible client impact and ROI
- Build segment-specific, industry-tailored offerings that simplify buying decisions and unlock cross-sell opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that drive market differentiation
- Experience building compelling content across the buyer journey – from awareness to decision – including thought leadership, case studies, and sales collateral
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new domains, industries, or technical concepts and apply insights effectively
