We develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform among our core audiences. Our Consumer Product Marketing team helps people discover ChatGPT’s capabilities, build everyday habits, and get more value from our products and subscriptions. We bring together customer insight, positioning, and measurable adoption programs, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, Data Science, and Growth to connect what we launch with how people use it. About the Role As a Product Marketer on OpenAI’s Consumer Product Marketing team, you will help people discover what ChatGPT can do, put it to use, and keep coming back. You will own the consumer lifecycle email program, turning product launches and customer insights into campaigns that drive activation, engagement, retention, and paid adoption.
