Job Description Summary

Drives product delivery for the person data ingestion platform within a healthcare services organization, owning the roadmap for client file processing, ingestion rules, and platform stability. Partners closely with engineering and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, reliable intake of person data that powers downstream outreach and care delivery operations.

A Brief Overview

Owns product execution for the person data platform, with a focus on client TML management, data ingestion pipelines, and platform reliability. Works at the intersection of engineering, client operations, and cross-functional product teams to translate complex data processing requirements into clear, well-scoped product decisions. Operates within a healthcare services environment where data accuracy and compliance directly impact care delivery outcomes. Partners with a peer PM owning the complementary person attributes and lifecycle domain.

What You Will Do

  • Owns the roadmap for person data ingestion, including client file processing rules, Keystone integration, and ongoing client rule modifications and new client onboarding.

  • Translates client file specifications and business ingestion rules into clear, actionable requirements for engineering, minimizing ambiguity and processing errors.

  • Partners with Client Success and Client Operations teams to ensure accurate interpretation of incoming person data files and timely resolution of ingestion issues.

  • Drives platform stability initiatives, including TML/SNU deprecation support and transition of critical applications from legacy systems.

  • Monitors platform health metrics — including enrollment/disenrollment accuracy, data processing error rates, and client onboarding cycle time — and surfaces insights and recommendations to engineering and leadership.

  • Identifies risks and dependencies across the ingestion platform roadmap and proactively communicates status and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

  • Coordinates closely with the peer PM owning the Person Attributes & Lifecycle domain to align on shared platform dependencies, API transitions, and cross-cutting priorities.

  • Ensures product development adheres to data quality, regulatory, and confidentiality standards applicable in a healthcare environment, including HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of experience and training

  • 5–7 years of product management or related experience, with meaningful exposure to data platform, data engineering, or data infrastructure products

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technically complex, platform-oriented work.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking operational and data quality metrics

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business and client requirements into structured, well-scoped engineering deliverables.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience operating in a regulated environment with data privacy and compliance considerations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or similar data platform domains

  • Familiarity with API product management and platform deprecation/migration work

  • Exposure to client-facing operations or implementation teams in a B2B environment

  • Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or similarly regulated industries a plus

  • Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred
