Product Manager II
About the Role
Abnormal Security is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded Product Manager II to drive innovation across our AI-native security platform. At Abnormal, we help customers—from Global 2000 enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses—stay safe from sophisticated cyberattacks that can cause financial loss and disrupt business operations. As a Product Manager II, you will be relied upon to own product definition, customer feedback intake, and multi-quarter roadmap planning for one complex or multiple moderately complex product areas. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Product leadership, and GTM teams to ship high-quality features, shape product strategy, and deliver measurable customer and business impact.
This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for a PM who can move seamlessly between customer problems, technical tradeoffs, and business outcomes.
What You Will Do

Own product definition and roadmap for your areas of responsibility
Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and product requirements for one complex or multiple moderately complex product surfaces, and maintain a 2–3 quarter roadmap that aligns with division and company strategy.

Drive discovery informed by customer and market insight
Partner with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, security pain points, and market trends, turning them into clear product hypotheses and prioritized opportunities.

Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to scope solutions, make tradeoffs, manage timelines, and ensure features launch with high quality and on time.

Collaborate on product strategy and positioning
Contribute to product strategy for your domains, influencing how we sequence investments, differentiate in the market, and tell a compelling value story to customers and the field.
