Product Manager — Folha de Pagamento

This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of a critical payroll product within a broader HCM ecosystem.You will connect business needs, technology, Brazilian labor and tax regulations, and user experience.The role goes beyond payroll, with a strong focus on creating integrated, end-to-end journeys for HR professionals, managers, and employees.You will own product discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, requirements, and continuous improvement.The environment is collaborative and cross-functional, with close partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.Your decisions will directly influence product adoption, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.This role is well suited to an analytical, autonomous Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable products.
