Product Manager, CRO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, CRO based in the United States. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one product leadership opportunity focused on shaping solutions for the CRO and supplier side of the biotech ecosystem.You will own the product strategy from discovery through delivery, defining what is worth building and why.The role combines deep customer discovery, market validation, commercial strategy, and product development.You’ll engage directly with CROs, suppliers, and biotech customers to uncover meaningful problems and test potential solutions.Working closely with business, engineering, data, sales, and client-facing teams, you’ll turn validated opportunities into an actionable roadmap.The environment is entrepreneurial and highly ambiguous, offering substantial autonomy to establish a new product space.With strong performance and business growth, the role can evolve into senior or principal ownership of the portfolio or a dedicated business segment.
