Product Manager - Core HR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Core HR based in India. This is an opportunity to own the core systems that underpin how organizations manage their people globally. You’ll lead the product strategy and execution for employee records, lifecycle events, onboarding, leave management, reporting, and related workflows. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution across discovery, prioritization, delivery, and launch. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and customers to turn complex needs into scalable product solutions. A key focus will be maintaining data integrity while addressing the complexities of multi-country HR requirements and compliance. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll have significant ownership and influence over the Core HR roadmap.
