Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Own a meaningful product area at a fintech company rebuilding financial tools for growing businesses. You will work closely with customers and the team to identify important problems, make sound decisions, and deliver products that earn users' trust. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, its customer problems, and its key metrics. - Ship early versions, learn from customer feedback and results, and iterate quickly. - Build a deep understanding of how growing businesses make decisions about money, time, and risk. - Frame customer problems, define hypotheses and success measures, and deliver solutions into customers' workflows. - Prioritize what to do now, next, or not at all, and adapt as evidence changes. - Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and product development.
