The Opportunity CareOps is the platform pod within CareHub that powers how Hinge Health's care team operates at scale. As the PM for CareOps, you'll drive a high-impact roadmap: improving workload distribution across the care team through algorithmic engine enhancements, migrating complex operational workflows into a modern internal platform, automating member offboarding, and supporting the rollout of new care programs. You'll partner closely with Demand Enablement, Member Ops, Clinical Operations, and a Bangalore-based engineering team, with significant collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
